Choice of a roast: beef topside, beef bolar, leg of lamb, lamb rolled shoulder.

1 x prime beef steaks: rump/sirloin/scotch. 2 x beef/lamb mince.

3 x selected cuts: diced beef/lamb, beef schnitzel, beef/lamb sausage. You get 4-6 lamb loin chops, 1 x lamb steaks or a frenched rack.

Giving you a selection and a choice of beef and lamb cuts/approximately 500g per vacuum packet and roasts approximately 1,5 kg per vacuum packet that will cater for every occasion.
