A selection of prime beef/lamb steaks: rump/sirloin/scotch, beef schnitzel, beef/lamb diced, beef/lamb sausage, beef/lamb mince, lamb chops, frenched rack.

Giving you a selection and a choice of beef and lamb cuts/approximately 500g per vacuum packet and roasts approximately 1,5kg per vacuum packet that will cater for every occasion.
